Not really, but this is Blaze's old master/caretaker/father figure, Helix.
He liked to lift boulders and throw around heavy-ass battleaxes as a "hobby." Yes, things get pretty boring on New Namek unless you're a special sort of dumbass like Blaze.

Warrior type; most respected one out of his area and he's pretty up there even when compared to the rest of the Namekian warriors dispersed across the villages, but falls a bit short if we're considering Muuri's personal bodyguard, just by a little. No longer being in his prime probably contributes to that too.
